"The room was spotless and very comfortable. The establishment is very user-friendly and meets all the needs of guests. The staff are friendly and very helpful, which makes your stay so enjoyable. The food is divine and prepared on time as requested. We will definitely visit again and it is perfect for an overnight on your way to other destinations. "We were blown away by the accommodation. The first thing you encounter on arrival is a massive indoor pool of Koi (I guess that’s in the name!) The luxury and beautiful atmosphere continues as you explore the property. We would have gone swimming but the weather was a bit nippy, the breakfast was lovely with different menu each day - oh and the muffins… Le-Anne was so welcoming and made us feel at home during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfy beds made for a welcome rest. "

"My Standard size Ford Ranger would not fit in the garage and no other secure parking available. I had to park the vehicle side ways to get it in. No back up power to deal with load shedding. the floors were not clean. Never again"

"The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The breakfast is fantastic, and the service is generally good, although at dinner with only one waiter, the wait was agonizing. The hotel is already showing signs of deterioration, and although they are trying to paint the walls, it needs renovation (the hall smelled strongly of paint). The TV was very old and not a smart TV, so there was no option to connect my cell phone."

"Staff were very good and no problems with food or dining room. Room we were given had an ac unit only in lounge and not bedrooms. Unit was old and noisy and after turning on for 2 minutes blew the electrics at the mains several times. Reception was helpful and moved us to another room which was better but no ac units in bedrooms so overall quite warm. They did provide a fan but that was noisy. Room was not clean and needs a good update. No curtains in second bedroom at all. Overall not what I...
