"We stayed here for 1 night whilst touring the peak district on our motorbikes. Plenty of parking and security cameras to ensure a good night's sleep. Our room was very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The shower was big with great water pressure. We had an evening meal which we would rate as excellent, plenty of very friendly staff and a short wait for our food. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and varied. "I stayed there because I had to visit some customers really close. It seems like this place it's more for weddinds or other celebrations than for staying in. The service was not helpful at all. Breakfast it's included but there was a team of people just chatting and nobody came to explain what could I order. I had to go and ask and they were not kind at all. I won't definitely come back."

The house is beautifully restored and the room was superb good views over the countryside,, Jen was a superb host and made us feel welcome in her home. Excellent breakfast and the canal path only 5 minutes walk through the garden. Good location for visiting all of the Peak District. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return "
"Las primeras semanas de una estancia larga me dieron una habitación “normal”, muy cómoda, limpia y confortable. En el momento que el hotel tuvo un aforo elevado me cambiaron a una habitación antigua, con una moqueta que distaba mucho de “limpia” y una cama que no solo no es cómoda si no que te rompe la espalda.
A mayores, pago un desayuno que me cobran a 18 €/día y un café cappucino no está incluido.
