"Unfortunately, our stay here was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel was much worse than we expected from the photos and description online. We found several areas that were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Another major issue is that the hotel listing is very misleading. "Good location great hotel"

"The service was super."

"Amazing place. We loved everything, the room was gorgeous, the whole place is wonderful. Great staff, always helpful. We would have stayed to live there 😋"

"The property is large and self contained. Restaurant options were plentiful and the attached amusement park is good for kids. Hotel however is quite dated inside the rooms, you can visibly see the wallpaper peeling. About half the rides at the amusement park were also not in operation. Location wise its not close to many of the attractions on the island"

"I think this hotel is in the nicest part of Jeju, and it has lovely views of Sanbangsan and the rural farms of the area. It’s difficult to find dinner and amenities, though."

"Exelente habitacion, tranquilidad. muy rica comida."

"All perfect"
