"Cabin was very clean . The furniture was old but in good condition. Kitchen only had one burner but plenty of pots/pans utensils etc. After busy day I would have appreciated somewhere to sit comfortably, the futon was okay. Beds were good and clean bedding. The road was very busy and a bit weary crossing with children. The dock was fine and we caught fish! Great location to Bon echo park. Stay was good for a couple of nights. Parking tight if you have a truck. "

"Took my family here for a much needed getaway for my postpartum wife. It was perfect. Having the river directly behind the cabin was amazing for the view and swimming (great fishing too), it was closer than I expected and the waterfall nearby was such a nice ambient sound. Buddy the dog was the first dog I’ve seen mine really bond with and take a liking to in years, he’s super friendly on his odd travels around the property. "The room was filthy, tub toilet sink mirror were dirty. The caretaker Amos didnt come to the door when we called the number on the office door. The TV didnt work. I mean you get what you pay for i guess. It was infested with ants and spiders and smelled like mold. We stayed for 2 days because of weather conditions but when we got out to camp, our campsite was cleaner lol."

"Overall, our stay was wonderful. The lake is clear, the cottage is clean, and the manager was quick to respond. That being said, the photos (you cross the road to get to the dock) and information (the dock is shared) are misleading. I just wish I knew this information beforehand. That being said, the neighbours were great and the road was quiet, so we really enjoyed our stay."
