"I really loved this place, the entire 1st floor is garage. I had a boat on a trailer and it worked perfectly. The 2nd floor was exactly as posted, plus there were plenty of items in the refrigerator and on the kitchen counter so we were not in need of anything."

"We absolutely loved this home. It is in Fruita, just outside of Grand Junction, but an easy 15 minute drive into GJ. It is in a nice new subdivision. The home is new and very clean with nice decor. It had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and we loved the game room. Will definitely stay again."
