"Stayed here unplanned after our car needed to go in unexpectedly and absolutely loved it! Adorable set up. The owner was incredibly nice, even helped us pick our car when it was ready. Staying with all the animals was so much fun. Hiking bald mountain was so cool, we got to ID some new lichen and mushrooms. P.S. the eggs are delicious and I think their horse just had a foal right before we left!?"

"Very spacious, clean, and comfortable two-story suite in the downtown area. We loved staying there and highly recommend it. That said, there were some easily addressed deficiencies in the access process. We were given a name for our suite and an access code that we were told would work for entry to the house AND the suite. The code worked for the building but not the suite. Also, none of the suites are marked with names; they’re all numbered."

"The house was cozy, super clean and the view was astounding! Kitchen had new appliances and was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. Loved starting the day with a cup of coffee enjoying the view of the pond. Highly recommend. "

"Great property! Close to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Suggest Whale Watching Tour and sunrise at Cadillac Mountain. We also kayaked on the river right behind the house. Lots today in the area. Enjoyed having a place that was central to what the family wanted to do. Owner kept in touch and was very responsive to our requests. Would go back again!!"

"House size and view were fantastic. It was isolated but yet still not far to restaurants or grocery. Only 30 min from Acadia and Bar Harbor. Downside was that it was not very clean and there was no hand towels in bathrooms to use. We also had to find a closet with towels and one of the beds was not made. So we had to find sheets and make ourselves. Finally it was listed there was a futon when really there was only a futon mattress so one of us slept on a floor on a very old futon mattress. I...

"The cabin and property were as listed. Communication with the property manager was great! Thoughtful, friendly and easy to work with. Beautiful lake, rustic and fun. We really enjoyed our stay.
