Nice place, very secure. Parking was a hassle as the garage we were told to use was full when we arrived. We had to park in another lot then move our car to the garage later.

Great Location

Very nice property. Great location within walking distance to sporting events and restaurants. Easy check-in/check-out. Beds and couch are very uncomfortable. Good for one night/short stay.

Great for sports!

Great access to Rocket Arena and Progressive Field! Came in town for NCAA tournament so super easy to get to arena and things downtown. Very easy communication with management. Space as pictured in listing photosWiFi good quality, did video calls for workNeeds a little paint with walls scuffed up but nothing that impacted our stay.

Cozy home like

It was easy to contact and stay in contact if there was any questions or issues. The property was very clean, cozy and home like. The parking was a bit of a hike but not that bad. My bigges complaint was at check in the security guard was more worried about who she was texting than checking anyone in. The directions for everything was very informative, i enjoyed the privacy that the propertymanager gives you. Over all the say was a nice little getaway. If were ever needing a place to stay in Cleveland again we will be back.

Clean and cute

The place was super nice, and the property manager responded super quickly to our questions. Only complaint was that the beds are super stiff and there wasn’t an extra blanket for the pull out couch.

Concert Stay

Great place to stay for an overnighter for a concert! Much better than paying almost as much for a single hotel room! Place was extremely clean and well-kept. Location was amazing! I’d only suggest a better coffee bar (but that’s just a personal preference ) and an easier check in process. Took longer than expected and lots of steps to checking in, but that’s to be expected when staying in a building with great security. Other than that… we loved everything!

Vacation rentals by corporation

I have never been in such a sterile environment. Usually Vrbo‘s have been.homey and comfortable. There was a kitchen, but three forks and three knives! The worst thing was not being able to talk to a person when we had difficulty checking in and finding parking. Very cold! Next time I plan to stay at a hotel. What a disappointing situation..notat all like my experiences in past years. I’ve got to bet that this is now a corporate owner…charge the maximum but provide the least..and never let the customer be able to contact a real person who so easily could have answered simple questions that could have so uncomplicated things…actually, I think you owe me for the stress.

Great location! Walking distance to everything!

Beautiful, clean, 100% updated/new property in a gorgeous building. Covered garage City Center parking. Short walk to MLB/NFL/NBA and Rock & Roll Museum. Would definitely stay here again!

Cleveland Rock N Roll Trip

We really enjoyed the stay and the location was perfect for walking to the locations we were visiting. Directions could be a little clearer, as there was no address on the building. GPS took us to the correct spot but we could not identify a building. Once we asked someone, we were able to unload and get inside through directions given. Room was very nice and perfect for the 4 of us. Door opened as directed and key was where we were told it could be. Parking can be hard to find but so nice once we got parked. Never had to take the car out again untile we were leaving, which was easy to get back too. Thank you for making this a very wonderful time for all 4 of us.
