"Cute tiny home that feels like a small motel room but not in a motel. Nice house like feeling inside, but could have benefited from a “spring cleaning”. Unfortunately, the wifi and tv connection didn’t work more than 5mins at a time during our stay. The location is near other older properties but we felt safe in the neighborhood and it was super quiet overnight. Close driving distance to downtown Hendersonville. "

"It was described as 1 bedroom but was a studio.No kitchen towels.No privacy.No blindsDirty ashtray on deck.Futon totally uncomfortable. No lake view.It was a nasty pond and couldn’t be seen by house. No welcome book or information about where places were or directions.Had to google everything. Totally disappointed with everything about this place.I’d hate to give VRBO a bad rating.Do you even check these places out? I think some kind of compensation should be given."

"Stayed three nights in March, 2026. The property is exactly as described - very clean, spacious condo. The kitchen is well equipped; the 2 bedrooms are large and each has its own bathroom.
