"We stayed for 3 nights as a quick weekend getaway. The cottage was just as pictured. Kitchen had the proper utensils to cook breakfast/lunch (we went out for dinners). Pans were in good shape, coffee pot, toaster, etc. The back patio was perfect - extending the size of the cottage. Allowing us to sit outside and take in the beautiful Florida sunshine. The bathroom is very tight if you are a taller or larger person - but worked fine for our long weekend stay. Thank you!"

"This was a great stay, the location was great, I enjoyed being close to the docks. The room could have been a little cleaner, most notably was the inside of the door was filthy. I’m not sure the floors were cleaned as I had to wipe up water a few times and noticed the paper towel I used was really dirty. The nostalgic fridge and microwave were really cute! The host is super friendly!"

"Beautifully remodeled efficiency room with a king and queen best (very comfortable), very clean bath with walk in shower (no slip tile on floor), and a very efficient kitchen and table. The pool was by the front door and the back door opened to a waterfront bay area that was perfect! All this for a very reasonable price! Thank you to our host and their attention to detail!"

"Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk...
