Small dock space beyond inground pool. Quiet spot one block from CWB. Clean well situated. The unit is small but adequate. Nice furniture, two tables out back plus loungers. Tiki bar with lights. Perfect walkibilty spot.

Perfect location, could walk to shops, restaurants, beach, etc. Suite was very clean and had the items we needed (even beach chairs and umbrella). Pool was too cold to use (not heated) but is probably fine as the weather warms up, and we were close enough to the beach anyway. Good communications with host. Would recommend.

Everything was within walking distance ( 5-10 minutes). The pool was right out the sliding glass door. The host provided all items needed to spend day at beach. I would stay at this location when I return. AAA

The property was even better than described. I stayed for 4 nights and wish I could have stayed longer. The beach chairs and umbrella included were a great surprise as they came in very handy. If you're thinking about booking, don't hesitate. The pool and dock are beautiful, and the sunrises are amazing. Got to fish off the dock and see a school of dolphins. Amazing stay!

What a great place! Walking distance to the great Palm Pavilion pub at the beach, with live music every night! In fact, everything was walking distance; and every morning you can use the back slider onto the back property and watch the sunrise every morning! We rented this property twice now in the last six months! I highly recommend staying here if you love the social life and wanna go home to a quiet setting each evening!

Quiet Location but Close to Everything

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a quiet and peaceful location, perfect for relaxing, yet still very close to everything we needed: shops, restaurants, and local attractions were just a walk or short drive away. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Location

I go to Clearwater a few times a year and love that you can park your car and walk everywhere. This spot was perfect and the room was clean and everything was clearly new (after the storm). Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway.

Great Quiet Location

We really enjoyed the quiet location on the water but within 1/2 mile of everything. Everything you need is in the unit and the bed is comfortable. Pro tip for travelers, the walls are thin so use your inside voice.

Awesome get-away

We absolutely loved this property! The size is perfect for a couple, the view across the swimming pool to the InterCoastal Waterway is amazing, and the location makes it very walkable to all Clearwater Beach restaurants, shops and activities. It was a very quiet place and we definitely recommend it. We will definitely return for another stay.

Perfect piece of paradise

Place looks exactly as described and pictured. Very clean, everything is updated and bed is comfortable. Mattress is not a memory foam but still very comfortable. Everything worked. Shower has excellent water pressure and never ran out of hot water. A previous renter had taken silverware and the manager promptly brought brand new silverware to the rental. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing place to stay on vacation.
