We have been to Suncadia many times and thoroughly love it there. This is one on the most disappointing homes that we have stayed in. The dishwasher was broken and needs to be replaced. None of the bathrooms had privacy knobs on them so they did not offer privacy. The TV only offered streaming, so we did not have any local stations available. The bathroom sinks did not drain and many of the faucets and handles were loose. One of the master bath sinks had such a loose faucet that it spun all of the way around. The home was filthy when we checked in. The master and the main bath showers had mildew growing in the corners. The home came with a coffee maker, but not filters. The kitchen did not have any hand towels, only paper towels. Since the dishwasher did not work, it made the dishes a frustrating task. We know the pricing at Suncadia is higher than most places and are willing to pay it in order to get a nice place. We did not get what we paid for with this home. We also pay a premium for the pool. Due to Covid, the capacity was limited. We tried to make reservations as instructed prior to our departure, but it was not allowed. We were told that we had to wait for an email with a link to schedule the pool. I tried to call 4 times while waiting for the link and the instructions were repeated. Once we got the link, the pool was full. Again, we did not get what we paid for.
