"Hotel opened this week but was far from being ready. No WiFi and no breakfast facility. Room was on 4th floor with no elevator. No air conditioning and impossible to open the window more than a few centimeters. Cheap material and tiny bathroom. "It was really modern and clean inside; shared kitchen area with fridge, freezer, microwave, and free tea and coffee, which was great. Our room was quite hot as it was on the top floor, but when we asked, they brought up a fan, which was great and solved the problem. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for the beach with bar and restaurants very close by."

"The apartment was clean and exactly what we was looking for as it was just a base for us to sleep and shower. The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits. If you like pubs,bars and restaurants you are in the right area as there are loads around. Yes i would stay there again."

"Gorgeous room and lovely decor overall although a few things were broken opun arrival e.g. One of the blinds pull strings was snapped and one of the plant pots was crackes. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I would rate higher but the rooom did not come with any bath products or a hair dryer, and the tea and coffee was kept in the hallway between the rooms rather than having a selection in the room. Will definitely stay again if this is fixed. "

" Got a text from the property management to get in to the room. Access to the property was through an unlocked front door and a room door with a combination lock which was loose and did not work. Rang the property mobile number and they said turn itleft and right then the code works.
