"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person."

"This home is great with four bedrooms and a nice backyard. Was a short walk to restaurants and pubs. A convenience store a few doors down made it easy to buy anything we needed from food, snacks and drinks including spirits and beer. Hosts when above and beyond our expectations for us to have a wonderful stay. After four days we left and forgot a few things at the home. "The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout. Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left. For a property that sleeps 10, there is only 1 bathroom which was surprising, especially if everyone is trying...

"Absolutely beautiful property, spotlessly clean and loved the jacuzzi (which was set up and ready to go!) parking outside the house and visitor parking if you have more than 2 cars. The host was friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. Would really recommend! Thanks for saving our new year!"

"Lovely home, lots of space and the backyard is very quaint. My friends and I rented this for an event happening in the area locally and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the location and overall home was. It all felt very new. My only recommendation would be to make sure if you’re from outside UK to be sure to bring your own converter adapters and note that there’s no floor length mirror (we had events to dress up for). The property manager was very quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay....
