Nice place, easy access to the casino and downtown restaurants. The host was very easy to work with. I would stay here again or at a different property of theirs.

Nice/quiet area

Nice house with lots of space! Check-in was easy. Location is great! Driveway is a little intimidating and only room for 2 cars for sure. Address needs to be more visible but other than that great place to stay! Definitely recommended!

This place worked for a group of single male and female friends, enough beds and 3 bathrooms! The property management company was very responsive via text.

Great value!

Splacious and well laid out home. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that it is a very steep and narrow driveway. Beautiful neighborhood. Cardinals and deer in backyard. Very roomy house. Very good service from Grand Welcome management.

Great Graduation Weekend!

We took my whole family, including my 93 year old mother to Cincinnati for my son's graduation. Having a bedroom on the lower floor was perfect for Mom, the less steps for her, the better! We enjoyed sitting in the back yard enjoying a drink as we were gathering on Friday night, and there was plenty of room for the whole family. The property was just as describe. Clean, with a warm and inviting vibe.

Just okay

Talked with the property manager about how our stay could have been better, and they said they are reviewing.Needs a deeper clean - kitchen, especially around the fridge area where water is dispensed, and bathroom sink drains in particular were gunkySome of the instructions were wrong, primarily regarding trash take outSome repairs need to be done, specifically to the stairwell banisters going up and overlooking the stairs; they were wobbly and didn't feel very safeWe only tried the king-size bed, but it as a memory foam mattress, it was so firm and warm that it made sleeping really difficult.

Spacious in the woods

Overall a spacious property in a heavily wooded area. But the worst part was how confusing renting this place was using their outside management company, we had to pay using a separate 3rd party site instead of vrbo which made us uncomfortable and felt like spam. They would not send us check in info until we signed a separate online waiver. I’ve rented several VRBO’s before and none have made us do this before. It was extremely confusing and unnecessary.There were some bugs (spiders, beetles) in the house maybe from the rain during our stay. I think the seating in the living rooms need to be improved to accommodate more guests.

The property outside was nice. But it doesn't tell you in the listing that it is on a HILL! You have to go up a steep hill top to get in and you better have a good sturdy car, truck, or van because its like going up and downa mountain. Check in was easy. They communicate very well. The bathrooms are updated and nice. The kitchen is a nice size and full of items needed for stay. The furniture in the living room and dining room was old and outdated. The curtains were dingy cream and im big on smells and it did have an old smell to it. We didnt have wifi or television during our four day stay which affected the doors not being able to lock. We had to leave the doors unlock with our things in there. They did send someone out but couldnt fix the issue. Not being able to watch tv was a problem. Also there is not a tv in all the bedrooms i think only one room had a tv. We saw alot of spiders. Overall it gives a feeling of being in the mountains which is nice. I just like more modern style. We paid alot of money to stay here so to not have television or internet was a big inconvenience, with the front door not locking and being on the phone trying to figure something out we were late to our concert and it was a safety issue. They had us walking around the property looking for a box with keys and the keys didnt fit the locks to the front door. We felt like we should have been compensated more than 190 for a 4 day stay of 7 people.

Great location, needs some work

The location is great. The proximity to the city and highway is great. The setting in the woods is lovely. We found some odd items, a tissue, a fake eylash, and breakfast protein bar to name a few. The railing overlooking the stairway is dangerous and the bannister is loose. I would not recommend this house for small children. For us, it suited our needs just fine. The listing was exactly as advertised.

Friends Getaway

Had a hard time finding the home. Very secluded and steep driveway but check in was easy. Our a/c didnt work but they did send someone quickly. However it didnt get fixed till following day. Nice home and stocked well for all our needs.
