"Seth’s place was conveniently located for a short trip to Cinci with my friend. Seth provided very detailed instructions for check-in and out and was quick to respond to messages. My friend and I both have small babies and were able to use the house as a clean home base to come back and rest after our activities for the day. We were also very grateful to have driveway/easy street parking to unload and load the babies as we came and went. "

"The communication with hosts was excellent and they checked in daily to make sure all was well. This is a roomy and well kept property. The kitchen is well stocked with 2 different coffee makers, coffee, sugar and powdered creamer which will do in a pinch (until you get to the grocery to get "real" cream), Three very roomy bedrooms with plenty of room to spread out. The laundry is on the main floor (big plus in these old houses). Defininitely a nice place."

"I chose this place because of proximity to Brady Music Hall and Great American Stadium. Both were about a 25 minute walk across the Ohio River on a suspension bridge. I found some nice restaurants all in walking distance. Vicky and Doug were never more than a message away with great suggestions about local food and entertainment. Place was thoughtfully decorated and well maintained. Although it was on street parking only, I never had an issue finding parking right in front of the place. ...
