Having Findlay Market right outside the apartment was very convenient, and it was a very short walk to the Memorial music hall. There were several parking garage options nearby as well. You just have to get comfortable with driving on the very narrow streets and alleys! We also found breakfast options very nearby. Our only "complaint" (or, out of the ordinary is a better word) was that the towels and sheets were still in the dryer and not folded. oh! and perhaps I missed something in the instructions, but you have to provide photo of your DL and fill out an online form in order to finalize the check-in, and you are not given the details (other than the address) about actually getting into your apartment until less than 2 hours before check-in time. It's a little bit unnerving when you are traveling from afar and wondering if you're going to be able to get those details!

Great location, everything as described. The only downside was that the room next door shares the deck with this room and there were high school aged kids having a party. Lots of noise and weed smell. I would recommend as long as the neighbors are quiet.

Great stay!

Great location, just steps from the Connector to downtown Cincy. Room was nice and the bed was super comfy. Communication with host was excellent, very accommodating. Balcony saved us from evening rain and allowed us to sit and enjoy the warmer weather!

OTR Studio

Very nice LITTLE studio apartment, well equipped, and clean! It has an elevator and large patio, two things we require in a VRBO. Only one complaint - not many places to sit inside due to space limitations, other than the bed. The owners and management are charming and responsive. The location is great for a central location in Cincy and walkable to the extreme. (We went to a FC Cincinnati game). The FREE streetcar stops on both sides of the block and will take you downtown. Findlay Mkt is a 'must see' for first time visitors. There are plenty of dining/drinking spots to fill every taste. We especially liked Sam Adams Brewery, just a few blocks away. Also enjoyed the French Crust Bistro. We highly recommend this and the other units in this building.

Cozy booking in a prime location

This cozy booking is in a quiet, secured building located in the heart of downtown. When you step outside, you're within a stone's throw of a multitude of restaurants and the streetcar line. The building itself is historic. The interior features exposed architectural elements. The unit is clean and nicely equipped, with higher-end amenities and finishes. The property owners communicate in a timely and efficient manner. Would DEF stay here again!

This was the perfect place for what I was looking for. OTR is an incredible neighborhood with a tremendous amount of thought in renewing and revitalizing. Being steps away from the entrance of Findlay Market and walkability to an array of local offerings, I wish I could have stayed longer. The space was clean and a great vibe. If you have a car, make sure to get clarity on check in/checkout and street parking. Host Communication was phenomenal. I will absolutely book again next time I’m in Cincinatti.

Perfect stay!

We came up to Cincinnati for the tennis tournament in August. The location of this apartment was perfect - literally across the street from the Findlay Market. We brought our dog too and she was very comfortable in the unit. Patio was huge, apartment was clean and had all the desired amenities. Highly recommend! Thank you!
