PROS: Incredibly clean, excellent communication with host, pictures online 100% accurate, comfortable beds, laundry in basement, close to UC campus, & super cute red Kuerig. CONS: Neighborhood is pretty rough (some houses quite run down, house next door has a large banner on it that says “WE BUY HOUSES” with a phone number on it), door code did not work when I arrived (alone) - was left standing on porch for quite some time while I called to get a code to get in, there is an apartment upstairs with dog & kids - insulation is not good and you’ll definitely hear them (they weren’t doing anything wrong - we could just hear them a lot).Overall, this place worked great for us as it is close to UC’s campus. It was a decent place to stay but I think I’ll look for another option next time.
