We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Our host was the best ever.He was gracious with us knowing we had a brother going through A bone marrow transplant. He responded to our request quickly every time we contacted him.He always had a clear answer to anything we asked. The house was quiet, clean and has all we needed in it.

Great Weekend Stay

We stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The home was in a great location on a quiet street, only a block away from a coffee shop, restaurants, a park, and was very walkable. The home was extremely clean and well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed for a short weekend stay. There was a basement with a tv, pull out couch, and game table that my kids loved. The first night we were there we saw deer in the backyard! Whenever we had a question, the owner would respond very quickly which we appreciated. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others.

Cozy home away from home

The house was clean and comfortable; easy walkability to my favorite coffee shop and Wasson Way. The house has an EV charger in the garage and Grant (a real superhost) said using the garage was okay which was great and helpful. Hyde Park is a great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, parks and downtown.

Home away from our local home remodel

Wonderful spot

Our family loved living in the Cincinnati region for several decades. Revisiting the area, specially Hyde park, is a special privilege. Coffee emporium is a quick walk, even for middle schoolers, with wonderful restaurants and bats and UDF ice cream all within a short walk. Lovely clean house with fun details and room for the fur babies

Enjoyable visit back in Cincinnati to visit our kids. Vrbo stay was exactly as advertised. Nice house, great location, and good communication with owner. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Great House in a Great Location

Grant was great to work with and his flexibility was great. House was very clean and comfortable. And you can’t bet being so close to Coffee Emporium!

Great place

Very clean and well stocked. Water pressure in shower was fantastic. The AC was turned off in the morning by the cleaning service so was hot upon arrival but they dropped off a fan in the morning and were prompt in responding.

Outstanding Place

This was an excellent property exactly as listed with top of line amenities, a great location with many walkable fun things to do. In addition the kitchen was extremely well outfitted to allow for cooking and baking if you want to. The yard and backyard were outstanding. Will consider this again for sure if we are in the area.

Absolutely wonderful!! I live in a Condo in Cincinnati and I rented for my daughter and Grandchildren. Best place for a family with all the extras!! Loved our time there!

Family visit

We came to visit some family in the area. The house was one of the nicest rentals I have been in. It was very clean and was generously stocked with extra towels, bed linens, toilet paper, blankets, etc. It is a very easy walk to the coffee shop (you could do it with a toddler.) No issues with outside noise. The door lock was also the easiest one I have used with rentals. We parked on the driveway which is tight but consistent for Cincy. Grant checked in on us an appropriate amount.

Family Stay for the Holidays

This is a comfortable, well equipped property with a very cool mid-century modern style. We stayed with our two teen aged daughters and 3 dogs. There is plenty of space to spread out and the downstairs is a great place for the kids to escape being around their parents. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals. The backyard space looks fantastic for enjoying the outdoors around the fire pit. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for us to use that amenity. The location is fantastic, with a short walk to Coffee Emporium and some very good restaurants. Bangkok Bistro is one of the best Thai restaurants I have been to, and you can stop in to Hap’s Irish Pub to see Joe the barman and get his signature Irish coffee.
