Appropriately outfitted kitchen. Clean space. Very comfy beds. Easy access and check-in. External building is not the most welcoming, but that is minor. Overall, very pleasant stay and responsive, easy owners.

The moment we arrived we met one of the neighbors, Melissa. She was incredible! Gave us dining advice, things to do in the area, and encouraged us to reach out to her if needed. Terrific neighbor, quiet complex, clean, well maintained property.

A few issues

Overall, the unit was much like the pictures. The view was stunning and the host was communicative. Our issues were:1. The unit smelled like cigarette smoke and musty2. The sheets in one of the bedrooms were clearly not clean. They smelled very strongly making one room unusable the first night. Damien did send someone with new sheets and air fresheners, which was nice. However, we needed a two bedroom and didn’t have use of one bedroom the first night. It was too late when we went to bed and discovered the issue to have it fixed for the first night.

Great View needs a few things yet

We had several towels with blood stains on them it was disappointing. When I reached out they did come that day with clean towels. Could use a deep clean and maybe a little more decor. There are no pictures on any walls. It gets pretty hot upstairs in July maybe a few fans would help. Neighbors TV is heard nightly when downstairs, but upstairs in bedrooms we did not hear it. We were there 4 nights and it was okay overall.

Convenient location.

Clean, beds comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and quick communication from property manager. Just wish there were more sitting options in living room, more blankets for beds and blinds on the living room sliding doors for more privacy from parking lot. Other than that, we enjoyed the back deck!

Quick Getaway

The property manager I spoke with was excellent and prompt in his responses. The property had an excellent view and was so convenient to get everywhere you needed to quick. The condo was aesthetic and enjoyed the layout. The major issue we had but didn’t address with the property manager was the cleanliness of the condo. Not sure if they are even aware of it. The fresh towels had hair in them, the toilets were not cleaned well, the porches were not swept, and just overall needed a deep clean. I wished the property had an additional lock instead of the key pad on outside and deadbolt on inside. Also the screen door for the bottom floor sis not have a screen on the porch, appeared broken. The second floor balcony screen door didn’t not slide easily or even lock. Also the second floor balcony on the right side appeared damp and the floor/ground soft. Very convenient however would probably not stay here again.

Great place for our visit

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean and well appointed. The view of the city was spectacular. The owner was easy to talk to and timely in communicating. The surrounding neighborhood could be a little rough after dark but the complex itself was quiet and safe. The walls are a little thin but the neighbors were quiet so not an issue. We loved it and will definitely check availability our next trip to Cincinnati.
