This property was an easy walk to most of the downtown attractions and the streetcar. We had trouble with the lock code getting into the property, but had a quick response from the management. There were several things that could have used maintenance attention, such as the fence/gate being broken, the shower knob broken (although maintenance repaired it promptly when they came out to address the lock issue), loose railings on the stairs, light bulbs out, etc. These issues were minor and didn't affect our overall stay, but prevent me from comfortably giving a 5 star review. The bottom/basement level was significantly colder than the rest of the house and it would have been impossible to sleep down there if we needed to. I imagine that it would be nice a comfortable in the summer, but we were there in the cold and snow and it unbearable to be down there for longer than necessary. The upstairs beds were very comfortable though! The location was great for people wanting to explore the best of downtown Cincinnati on foot.

Great location near lots of attractions. Very responsive and attenuative to any needs. Parking is tight, but not horrible. Lots of stairs, be aware for older guests coming.

The home was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Every necessity was available and plenty of extra accommodations were on hand as well (showering toiletries, coffee pods, etc). I traveled with my four children (ranging in ages from 14-2) and it was the perfect setting for us. Getting to local attractions was easy, and it was fun to get back “home” and watch a movie together after a long day of adventuring. When planning to visit Cincinnati again, we will absolutely check for this rental. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

Excellent spot for 7 of us in town for a Bengals game. Beds were nice, location was walkable to many of the main points of interest in Cincinnati. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area as well. Host was very good at communication and even let us drop our luggage off ahead of the check in time.

Everything was great, The location was very close to the stadium. There were 5 of us and could have easily fit 3 more. Check in was great, even got in early. The host was very quick to respond to any questions.

Nice two night stay

Great area, quiet but easy walking to OTR shops and restaurants. We even walked to the baseball stadium and back. Nice townhouse with nice back deck and off street parking.

Great sisters weekend

We had a great weekend! The home was just what we needed. It was a great location to be able to get around Cincinnati. The home was just as it was described with lots of room and comfy beds.

Fantastic location with parking in walkable area

Home was spacious for 6 adults. We appreciated the parking in the rear and we enjoyed using the outdoor space too. The beds were very comfortable. Close proximity (less than a mile) to OTR, Findlay Market and the trolley car stops. We really enjoyed walking the neighborhood and seeing all the wall/building murals. Check in was easy Our only negative feedback was the absence of a traditional coffee maker (home has a Keurig), only 3 wine glasses and that the upstairs water temperature & pressure was weak. A couple of us opted to shower in the basement instead which wasn't ideal with a larger group. We would consider staying here again.

Excellent Stay, lots of stairs

Myself and two colleagues stayed in this listing for a professional conference. Location and the space itself were excellent. Just a couple of wrinkles: 1. It wasn't fully clear from the listing how the unit was oriented, i.e. that the living room and kitchen/dining area are up so many stairs (essentially the "2nd floor" from the perspective of people driving in), and that the driveway entered in on the "basement" floor. We also found it a bit confusing about how to get to the driveway when we arrived. Having a few more details in the check-in directions to make clear how to find the alley would be helpful. I have a mobility disability and stairs are a challenge, so it would have been helpful to understand the full accessibility parameters of the space. 2. "Basement" bathroom did not have a trash can (no trash can on entire basement level), and the toilet paper holder is slightly broken, making it diagonal and not fully functional. Neither of these are huge deals, just small quality of stay issues.

Wonderful Location

My family and I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed ourselves. It's a beautiful neighborhood and very convenient. While here we went to a Red's game and King's Island.

Family Vacay

Stayed here to travel between Ohio Kentucky and Indiana. Loved have space for everyone to spread out and have their own beds.
