We were in town from Sunday to Thursday and this place was the perfect location! You’re 10 minutes from Newport and a 5-10 minute walk from some good spots in OTR. The parking garage is a 2 minute walk away as well. The space itself was very clean on arrival and we basically used the space to sleep and get ready for the day. The security of the building is great with a code to enter the building and your apartment. ONLY COMPLAINT is the noise……behind the building (right by bedrooms) are trash bins and garbage trucks come very early. You can hear EVERYTHING from the street and between apartments (music, doors being shut etc). But honestly it was more an annoyance to wanting to sleep in than something that ruined the stay. Also you’re in a busy area so really it’s pros/cons to what you want out of your trip (we wanted location over anything else). Overall great place with hosts who were always a message away, would definitely stay again.

We so enjoyed the flat we stayed in. All of it was super clean when we arrived, and the beds and furniture area al super comfy. Location is excellent with great restaurants, bars, and shopping within 1-2 blocks. (Go to the bookstore nearby! That place rules...) Kitchen came fully prepared to cook, make drinks, coffee, etc. The coffee maker was stocked with Peets coffee, creamer, and sugar. All appliances were practically brand new. Having 2 bathrooms was key for us with 3 people. Place can hold up to 4 (in my opinion) with the fold out bed. I'd recommend for sure.

It was nice to have everything we needed to cook meals here. They even had an air fryer that cooked our ribeye steaks to perfection. They had games for the kids to play, and everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance.

Lovely condo. Easily walkable. We shared it with our daughter, spouse and 2 year old grandson. Was beautifully maintained with bed/bath at different ends of condo with kitchen, dining and living in center.

We loved staying at this property! Ralph, the host, was wonderful and such a good communicator. Whatever you needed, Ralph was there to help.The condo was in the perfect location to walk everywhere. We walked to the Reds game and the river- easy 12 to 15 minute walk from condo. There is a great restaurant next door to the condo with indoor & outdoor seating, grocery store is right across the street too.Condo was very clean, quiet and all the pre-check in instructions were so detailed & easy to understand. If you want to stay in downtown Cincy, pick this condo- it’s perfect!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this condo in Cincinnati. Very close to a grocery, Over-The-Rhine neighborhood, and downtown. The kitchen has labels on the cabinets so it's very easy to find what you need. We didn't cook during our stay but there were enough cookware items to do so. Host was very responsive to inquiries and we didn't have any significant issues with the property. We enjoyed our stay.

Ralph & Cecille’s spot is perfect for enjoying all things Cincinnati!Great central location for Reds, Bengals, & FC Cincy MLS… Findlay Market & Rhinegeist… easy walks to all & of course incredible restaurants in every direction in between.The Apartment is very clean and secure and equipped with all you may need during your stay - 2 BRs on each end for privacy & kitchen : TV room in between.We loved our stay & will certainly return!!!Thank you Ralph - we appreciate you and your hospitality!

Guys trip

We came to Cincinnati for the Yankees/Reds series. This place was the perfect landing spot. Located in downtown, we could walk everywhere or had the option of jumping on The Connector. Ralph and Cecille went way beyond gracious and made sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely book this place again!

We had a wonderful time at this property, which served as "home base" for a family reunion. It was close to everything downtown, as we attended a Reds' game and events on Fountain Square. Excellent communication from the owners. We appreciated the well-supplied kitchen and availability of off-street parking in a garage. Highly recommend!

If I could gives this stay a 10/10 stars, I would! It is in the best location!You can walk to anywhere you would like to go in the city.Walking to the river and back to the condo was so refreshing!!I can’t say enough about the condo! Perfect Rendezvous Location and Terrific Owners

We met friends in Cincinnati (a half-way point for both) for several days and were looking for a comfortable and cozy place for two couples to hang out as well as be close to lots of great Cincinnati amenities. This two bedroom/two bath condo was absolutely perfect! The location is terrific--walking distance to everything, the place itself is very clean, well-stocked and comfortable, it is within one block of a Kroger for any last minute needs, and the owners are incredibly responsive and the kindest people we have ever interacted with on VRBO! We had a terrific stay--walking all over the OTR and the downtown region as well as going to a Reds game. There are so many great restaurants and things to see in the area we could have stayed weeks.We would highly recommend this VRBO and hope to meet our friends there again soon!

Four-day three-night trip to Cincinnati with my wife and another couple

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and had all the things needed for a stay down to coffee filters, and extra coffee (which I appreciate). The condo is centrally located with the streetcar system which is handy to get around town and very simple process to use and it is free.There are many restaurants and bars in walking distance from the condo which is really nice. And a Kroger is across the street which is very convenient.Ralph our host was super responsive and was also helpful in helping us find a local restaurant.All in all, an excellent experience!

A weekend away

This 2 bedroom apartment was ideal for my wife and me and could have easily accommodated another couple. There is a complete kitchen and a second full bath. It was immaculately clean. The location was ideal as it was in walking distance of the church and reception site of a family wedding.
