Huge House Minutes from Downtown

This six-bedroom house provided clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodations for my family. The bedrooms are roomy, and I slept well on the firm mattress in my room. A Cincinnati friend told me the area (Mount Auburn) has experienced more crime in the past, so it's helpful there's a large driveway that can fit four cars if needed. There is one full bathroom on the first floor, one attached to the owner's suite on the second floor, and another sizable bathroom on the second floor. Occupants of the three bedrooms on the third floor have to go downstairs to use the bathroom. I liked the open floor plan on the first floor that allows socialization and entertainment. We ate a delicious Mediterranean meal at nearby Aladdin's and shopped at a Kroger that is also close in Over the Rhine. Overall this property is a great find.

Church Renovation Team

We booked this house for a rotation of volunteers helping to renovate the historic Mt Auburn church building around the corner from the house by the hospital.The host was responsive to inquiries and requests for support. The house was clean and in good order. The neighborhood is very nice!

Wonderful Stay in Cincinnati!!

Beautiful home. Well appointed kitchen, lots of board games, extra blankets and a great kitchen and living space to hang out. Hosts responded quickly to the few questions we had. House was clean and has an updated feel with old charm. I would definitely stay again…

Excellent property and hosts!

We booked this stay so the whole family could take Christmas to a loved one with an infant at the Children's hospital. The house is beautiful and the open floor plan is perfect for large gatherings!An unforseen circumstance arose during our stay, the furnace went out. Chris and Abby were very responsive to our messages and did everything within their power to get it fixed and to make us comfortable.We would certainly stay here again!

Yeah, this place is what it says it was. The fridge is in an unexpected location, and the bathroom door on the bottom floor doesn't lock, and my car bottomed out parking in the driveway, but that doesn't change the fact that this is a 5 star review. In sweltering mid-july it was still comfortable in the home. there were in fact 6 distinct bathrooms and many of the bedrooms did have window mounted AC. The hosts were responsive even if i ALSO had to go through another 3rd party app and upload a picture of my drivers license which i didn't like having to disclose about myself. There's also a small elevation change in the bottom floor. The neighborhood was safe enough, and it didn't take our ubers long to get to downtown or wherever we were going, and this is a good stay. if it's in your budget, i recommend you give this a go.

Excellent property!

We had a great time at this house in Cincinnati. We had adults and teens and with 6 bedrooms we all had plenty of space to sprawl out. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen/dining/living room area was very spacious. It’s close to downtown and the highway and the hosts were very responsive throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend!

PERFECT!

We had 5 women and their teenage daughters staying here, and it was perfect! The space was large enough for us all to gather, but still have our own space in the bedrooms. The decorations are lovely, the kitchen is well stocked, the check-in and check-out were easy, and parking accommodated us all! Communication with the property owners was fantastic; they were clear and concise on everything, and got back to all of our questions quickly. The front porch was also a lovely spot to sit. The house is so close to EVERYTHING! We were at Duke Energy for much of the week, and the drive was simple. We highly recommend renting here! Great for large groups!
