My fiance, my brother, myself and 3 small/med dogs stayed here while in town for a wedding, and it was excellent! The house is beautiful and comfortable! They really were considerate in thinking of anything you might need! Additional pillows, coffee, seasonings in the cabinet and butter in the fridge! Things you wont think to grab for a 3 night stay they provided! The fenced in yard for the dogs was the selling point and it did not disappoint! It made it so easy for traveling with our dogs who are used to their fenced in yard at home! Will definitely book this property again in we find ourselves needing to visit Ohio again!

Great little quiet neighborhood! Walking distance to some cool little restaurants and stores! Loved they had a box fan in the closet I like a lil air circulation when I sleep. Recommended spot!

Ups and downs.

We planned a trip for our son's bday because he wanted to visit the zoo and see Fritz. We booked this house based on reviews & the fact it was pet friendly. Communication w/the home owners was fantastic. They replied to inquiries quickly & gave thorough instructions. Upon arrival, we noticed parking was a bit tricky, but manageable. We were a bit worried about the area because the car we had to park behind had a busted out back window. Entry into the home was easy enough, but because of the first impression, I actually went through the home to inspect it was safe before bringing my child inside. After bringing in our bags, we noticed the previous renters had left food in the fridge, trash in the kitchen bin & dog messes outside even though the host leaves poo bags(and treats) on the kitchen counter. They also leave pet dishes, which I thought was nice for people who may need that. The home is spacious but needs a thorough cleaning. There was grime on doors/banisters/floors, stains on curtains and the carpet & rugs smelled a little like potty messes. I had to unplug the wall air freshners that were disguising the odors, as I'm allergic to them and had to use my inhaler on more than one occasion. The shower curtain was pretty gross as was the outside of the toilet. Be very careful if you need to do laundry in the basement. The stairs are narrow and steep. We stayed 2 nights, and made the best of it. All in all, it's not an awful place to stay.

Another successful visit

We've stayed here multiple times since our son and his family live just 2 streets away. It's been consistently clean and comfortable and we love the convenience. An easy walk to parks, food and the UDF for ice cream!

Awesome stay

House was gorgeous, well kept and comfy! Would absolutely stay here again! Very close to all the northside cincy places and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. One thing was that the grill was rusted out and could not be used, but that did not take away from my experience. The backyard and patio was definitely a nice feature

Great Cincy visit

The house was perfect for our visit to attend the Cincy Open (about a 40 minute drive) and experience downtown Cincy (waterfront/bridges/ballgame/National Underground Railroad Freedom Center) (about a 15 minute drive). The house was perfect for the three of us and we started each day with coffee at a local shop (Sidewinders).

Very Clean large house

Great house!

Visiting my brother who lives on same street. Fantastic house, very clean and spacious and a nice calm oasis from the chaos of a family reunion! Wi definitely stay here again.

Over night stay

The house was in a great location for us. We were able to make it downtown within a couple of minutes. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. It was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay.

One problem

The place is beautiful but the big bed room when first going in there it had a slite bit of an oder on the covers and pillows and also i kept seeing these little black with red stripe beetles looking bugs crawling around and the apt kept messing up and we tried to do 3 days but wouldnt let us and also the apt kept freezing up and caused a couple of mistakes on my end with the extra dog

Get away weekend

Great house to stay in for our get away weekend. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen stocked nicely. Will choose this place again when visiting our CIN family.

Great host, house, community

The host was so accommodating. Was very understanding of our autistic daughter and her liking to play with the rocks that was part of the landscaping. We cleaned them up. However made them aware. They were so understanding and it meant the world to us. The house is very nice and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. Even a washer and dryer for guest. We will definitely stay again. You guys rock.

Quiet street but still close to everything

We had a nice stay. Helpful tips and house guidelines were in a nice little binder. The hosts were very approachable and available to answer any questions I had. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and street parking was available. The stairs were a bit steep but thats normal for an older home like this. The house was clean and comfortable. I'd recommend it to others.

Loved this convenient location

This home is in an eclectic area of Northside, just a few minutes walk from restaurants shops, groceries, etc. For us, it was a perfect location just two streets over from where our son and his family live. We were able to walk back and forth to visit while our car stayed parked most of the time. It is street parking, and while you may not be able to park directly in front of the house, there is street parking available on both sides of the street. We never had a problem. The area is safe and quaint, with neighbors who speak as you walk past. The house itself is very spacious and clean. Brian and Sarah have done a great job updating this historic home with modern conveniences. We were very comfortable here and hope we can come back soon!

One night stay
