"Marco‘s property or second to none! The wonderful Dr. up the laneway to the roundabout in front of the most stunning house. The wonderful porch. Leads into the house to magnificent living area. The four bedrooms upstairs or ideally located in the house was always a wonderful temperature with great air conditioning available when needed! The outside grounds and of course the pool are stunning. The staff to help look after the house could not have been better. They made sure the pool was ready...

"We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. We enjoyed our stay at this excellent home. The concierge at the main entrance was always very helpful and the property was safe and secure. Thank you Marco for you great hospitality!"

"Casa muy grande, con 6 habitaciones dobles de las cuales 4 tenian baño. Cocina bastante bien equipada. Mesa muy grande, para 14 personas en cocina/comedor y otra en la terraza. "What a beautiful home! Wow, this place was perfect for 8 of us Canadians. Pool was perfect. Sauna was perfect. Hot tub is seasonal which is understood, but we may not have realized that until the day of, but it was not a big deal. The owner was very quick to have the property care manager help us with a small vehicle issue - which was very helpful. We needed a food delivery - the owner was quick to help, and the food was awesome! Quiet area, very relaxing! "

"We had a really lovely time staying in this very expansive villa. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by us on a daily basis. Being near Rome allowed us to site see the capital a few times. Being so close to Ciampino and its shopping facilities was also a big plus. Donatella was a fantastic host, alwasy responding promptly to our queries."
