"Beds were full of stains, bed bugs, grass pressed in between the sheet and blankets. We never took our bags off the cart, got our money back immediately. The front desk person never even apologized or anything, they just said "we'll give you your money back" that was it, no sorry for your inconvenience, ..."

"Good location. Didn’t get the room we booked because they over booked. No one was at the office on the property at check in. Text us another room number and the code to lock box. It had no key in it. So had to call again and she gave us another room. So was just a little frustrated."
