This home has a private car park for 1 vehicle with 24 hour access available for guests. This is located a 2 minute walk from the home and is in a monitored parking area. There are plenty of pay parks on the street nearby as well, plus the Lichfield St parking building. Please note parking in any reserved carparks next to Lava Lane may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. There are also cameras in place for enforcement.
City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighbouring properties. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning

There were 10 of us celebrating an 80th birthday The location is within walking distance to the city We had the best time and although the house is compact it had everything we needed for a large group Very modern kitchen & bathrooms Highly recommend

CBD Escape in Christchurch
Great location, walking distance to the CBD, restaurants and night life. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. Bathrooms awesome - loved the heated toilet seats!

Beautiful and Spacious
We really enjoyed this property at Christchurch. It was in a great location for restaurants and getting to our bus stop the last morning. The apartment was very clean and had a nice area to hang out with family at the end of the day. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
