"Location is fabulous! Many lovely walks. Over to beach, down or up a couple of blocks in distance and then back along estuary or visa versa. Very tidy accommodation with everything you need. It was great to have the garage to use to store our bikes. Bottle Lake great for mountain biking not too far away."

"We really liked the 3 storey townhouse. If there were any issues, they were dealt with promptly. Only tricky bit was parking, as it was a battle to find a park before 3pm. "

"Very clean, modern, with lots of well thought out details. Appreciated having a washer and an outdoor line for our woolens and sports gear. Street parking was never an issue. Easy walk to breakfast (loved Luciano’s!), the park, the Avon… The plug-in air freshener gave me a headache, but the space aired out quickly once we turned it off. "

"Very tidy, spacey and comfy place to stay for a big group or family. Close to hornby hub and wigram shopping area. And the double garage was great! Beds were more to a hard level. Not too comfy for those who love to sleep on a soft to medium bed. Luckily, all my 4 sisters love to sleep on a hard bed! Some kitchen items and furniture were quite worn out, and the breakfast chairs were also wobbly (need some fixing or replacements) as they can be dangerous to sit on. The only thing that might be...

"Fantastic stay in New Brighton. We loved being near He Puna Taimoana, going for walks on the beach and discovering the local wetlands. We enjoyed the local cafes and found a great Thai place.The apartment is very comfortable and well set up. Our older son loved having his own space, and everything works well and has been carefully thought out.
