    City Sounds – This townhouse is located in a vibrant city setting, close to roads and intersections, so you`ll hear the typical sounds of city life.

    Closing the windows helps create a much quieter indoor space, and for light sleepers, we recommend bringing along earplugs just in case. Thanks for understanding and embracing the energy of urban living!

    Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
    We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
    Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
    Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
    Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
    Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning

Spotless, modern, fully equipped apartment. Spatious. Excellent beds and sanitary provisions. Located at walking distance of the center of Christchurch. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Private parking.

The location is amazing, especially if you are going to anything at the One New Zealand stadium, or even just to explore the City Centre area. Many cafés, shops, bars, and restaurants in walk-able distance, including a Pack n Save about 3 blocks away for stocking up!! The space itself is very nicely put together. Comfortable living room chairs, and our bed was firm and comfy with plenty of blankets and pillows to go around for a party of 6. Communication with the host team was great, in that they responded very quickly to messages. The only downpoint was getting varying answers because there's two or three individuals covering their inbox. What didn't make this stay five stars for me: You have to go to a locker area to pick up and drop off the fobs. It's about a 5 minute walk/2 minute drive, which is all fine, but if you have 3 or more bags and are relying on uber, then it can be a pain.We had some issues during our stay, and although they were responsive and willing to get help for the more major issue, I was just annoyed with the issues as a whole because a cleaning team would have noticed those things beforehand.The washer/dryer combo was The. Absolute. Worst. Instructions provided by host are about 3 sentences, but using the machine is much more detailed. Drying 5 pieces of clothing should not take 2 hours, only to end up with still damp items!Stairs can be a pain if you have lots of luggage. Not only to get in to the apartment, but even inside the unit.
