Complete with King Bed and 2x King single beds. Located opposite Little High Eatery and just a short walk from iconic landmarks such as Cathedral Square, Hagley Park Botanical Gardens, and the Convention Centre, it offers the best of both worlds. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

    This stunning modern townhouse offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience. With the ability to accommodate up to six guests, the fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide the perfect space for enjoying meals together. The seamless indoor-outdoor flow creates an area for unforgettable gatherings, while the enclosed deck on the second floor is an ideal spot for a drink or snacks, sheltered from the elements but open to the sunny weather during the summer months. The living area features a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for two additional guests, with sofa bed linen provided at an extra cost.

    The three-story property boasts two luxurious and spacious bedrooms with 1 King bed and 2 King single beds, beautiful soft furnishings, and hotel quality linen. All bedrooms have block out blinds for a peaceful night's sleep. The modern full bathroom on the third floor features a bidet toilet with a heated seat, tiled shower, vanity, and storage.

    With professionally laundered linen from Canterbury Linen Service, esteemed by local 5-star hotels, guests can anticipate superbly comfortable bedding and an assurance of 5-star luxury. This property embodies comfort, convenience, and the ability to accommodate everyone.

    The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, 50 inch smart TV, and natural light from the balcony area.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. The washer/dryer combo is located in a cupboard in the kitchen, laundry powder is provided.

    Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

    Located on St Asaph Street within the Four Avenues in the “SALT” district, these Townhouses are walking distance to The Terrace/Riverside Markets, Hoyts EntX, Little High Eatery, Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, Shopping Centres, Supermarkets, Central Christchurch and many other amenities.

    Before your visit to Christchurch, consider downloading the Moov it app, an excellent resource for navigating the city's bus system conveniently. The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 5-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes.

    This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's on-street parking available in the surrounding streets. There is a mixture of paid and free - please refer to all signage before parking your vehicle.

    Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site.
    The ground floor is a commercial area/shop which has its own separate entrance and is entirely separate from the property above.

    Please note parking in the private council laneway may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense.

    City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighboring properties.

    Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
    We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
    Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
    Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
    Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
