In Christchurch to watch some golf

We came to Christchurch for 5 nights to watch a golf tournament. The location was great, the place is spacious, comfortable and Rose set it up so that we could have the 2 singles as a king in the bigger bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully we will return next time we’re in Christchurch.

Family stay for a week. Walking distance to local shopping area for essentials. Short drive to central city. House was very good. Modern, clean, well appointed, warm. The two single beds for our teenagers was an appreciated feature. Prompt and easy comms with the host. Would recommend and will be returning. thanks

What a great spot, what a lovely place!

Perfection. I'm a fairly heavy user of hotel chains, apartment rentals, and other forms of accomodations, and it's been a true delight to stay here for my Christchurch visit this week. Everything was amazing. Everything was lovely - even the rain and hail, seemed to make the stay more pleasant in this place.

Very nice property well presented and owners easy to deal with. Location great short ride from the airport and public transport in the doorstep. Great shops near by walling distance to get your morning coffee fix. Warm and comfortable

A home away from home

This property was perfect for our needs. It was a haven to come home to, after busy days sight-seeing. It is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped, and we appreciated the little extras that were provided. We were able to easily access the city each day. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and home

We had a great stay. Wry comfortable place. Was a bit surprised at how Close the property was to a busy main road. It was quite noisy outside but fine inside. Very well equipped and comfortable. Would have liked some wine glasses and there wasn’t a coffee machine which had been listed - however these weren’t anything major. Overall good value for money and a really great option for us as a much more homely alternative to a hotel. Thanks so much Rose!

Just what we needed!

Great spot to base ourselves from for a busy few days in Christchurch. Close to nice set of shops and cafes, great off-street parking, comfy beds and well-appointed house - including SKY and wifi passwords on arrival making for happy teenagers - nothing at all to complain about! Rose is a great communicator so plenty of opportunity to ask if something was required. Highly recommend this house for a comfortable city stay.
