Good professional host, and we had no unpleasant surprises. I'd definitely stay here again.We spent a week here and the location is really convenient. Surpassing expectations, there actually is decent (free) streetside parking in front of the apartment complex. Only on this side of the road, and really only attainable outside of business hours, but coming in the evening/weekends, we never had an issue finding parking. During the day, there's often parking on the other side of the street, with a 2hr limit. Failing that, if you walk 15min south on columbo, there's free parking on the side streets by the Macca's (hastings or hutcheson streets).The apartment is located a block away from the New World in one direction, and the Pak N Save in the other. All the restaurants at the Riverside Market are a short 10min walk away. The shower's water pressure was great, and the dishwasher and washer/dryer worked well. I worked remotely from this apartment, and the internet was both fast and reliable. I only experienced two minor hiccups: the oven doesn't warm up until you set the clock (and that's also a nonobvious process -- hold two of the buttons down at the same time for several seconds until it beeps), and the screws were falling out of some of the chairs to the point of structural compromise.
