• Nearby street parking, subject to availability
• Access is simple via a keyless keypad entry.

🏠 Ground Floor
• Once inside, you will find the ground-floor bedroom (2 King Singles), with air conditioning.
• An ensuite bathroom, and plenty of wardrobe storage.

🛋️ 1st Floor
• Open-plan layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining space, and a living area with a sofa bed for an extra sleeping space - please note bed linen is an additional fee.
• A heat pump provides climate control, and the space opens out to a private outdoor balcony with spectacular views to the New Brighton Pier.
• Complimentary coffee, tea, drinking chocolate, sweet treats, milk, and sugar are included for convenience.

🛏️ 2nd Floor
•The upper level hosts the comfortable plush 1 x Queen bed and full modern bathroom with towel rail, vanity and shower
• Dedicated workspace, separate from both the living area and bedrooms.
• Eco Store Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided during your stay.

🧺 Laundry
• A convenient combo washing machine/dryer is located at the kitchen cupboard provided for your laundry needs during your stay.

Quality linen and towelling provided.

• Full access to the entire townhouse, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, the living area, kitchen, laundry, and outdoor patio and balcony.
• Entry is simple and contactless, with keypad access to the front door (exact code details will be confirmed closer to arrival).
• Upper floors are accessible via stairs only and will not suit if you have mobility issues.


The owner does not live at the property, so guests can enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay, however our Christchurch-based team is always available if needed and can assist with anything from local recommendations to property support.

• Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability and prior arrangement.

Parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking indoors is prohibited. Any damage or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will incur a TBD fee. The house must be left in reasonable condition. Additional cleaning required will be charged.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of TBD.

Any damage, spills or stains must be reported and may result in cleaning or replacement charges.
