The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. The open dining area seats two comfortably. Wine glasses and a Nespresso machine included. The living area has a sofa, smart TV, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round.
The bedroom has one super king bed dressed in quality linen. There is an air-conditioning unit in the bedroom for heating and cooling.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
