    Discover this modern townhouse newly built and decorated. Step into a world of comfort and luxury where a fully equipped kitchen is available for use and dining area to enjoy meals together. Accommodating 6 guests with the use of the sofa bed. The dining space becomes an area for unforgettable gatherings with its seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

    The 2nd floor connects the kitchen, living, and dining spaces to an enclosed deck with seating, perfect for a drink and snacks in the afternoon sun. This space can be used all year round sheltered from the elements. In the summer months open up the bifold to enjoy the sunny weather and fresh air. Located in the living area is a sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed which can sleep x2 adults - sofa bed linen is extra.

    The 3rd floor, 2 peaceful bedrooms luxurious and spacious with Queen beds with beautiful soft furnishings and hotel quality linen. All bedrooms have block out blinds.
    1 Modern full bathroom on this level complete with Bidet toilet with heated seat, Tiled Shower, vanity and storage.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. The washer/dryer combo is located in a cupboard in the kitchen, laundry powder is provided.

    Located a short walk to Riverside Market's and The Terraces, you are able to enjoy all the city has to offer within a leisurely stroll. Hagley Park is short stroll away, a must do in Christchurch to experience the Garden City truly by visiting the park and the beautiful botanical gardens.

    Before your visit to Christchurch, consider downloading the Moov it app, an excellent resource for navigating the city's bus system conveniently. The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 5-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes.

    This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's on-street parking available in the surrounding streets.

    Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site.
    The ground floor is a commercial area/shop which has its own separate entrance and is entirely separate from the property above.

    Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. There are plenty of pay parks nearby as well as the Lichfield St parking building.

    Please note parking in any reserved carparks next to Lava Lane may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. There are also cameras in place for enforcement.

    City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighbouring properties.

    Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
    We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
    Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
    Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
    Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Great property, parking needs work

we had a lovely stay, the flat was in great condition and very tidy and lots of little details that made the stay super comfortable, only negative is the parking, had to move around a lot and paid parking worked out a lot!
