    Welcome to this exceptional ground floor single-level CBD retreat! This spacious property is perfect for up to 2 guests, featuring a king-size bed with 5-star hotel linen. The accommodation includes a generous wardrobe and a full bathroom equipped with a shower, vanity, heated towel rail, and a heated bidet toilet.

    Step outside onto the captivating balcony area and enjoy your morning coffee or meals in the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals at home, or you can step out your front door to explore the numerous dining options nearby. A dining table is also provided for shared meals.

    For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer combination machine are located in the kitchen area for use during your stay. Stay connected with the provided high-speed internet, and an elegantly appointed desk is available for all your business needs. Whether you're travelling for work or leisure, this residence offers a comprehensive experience and an enjoyable stay.

    As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, 50 inch smart TV, and plenty of natural light.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. The washer/dryer combo is located in a cupboard in the kitchen, laundry powder is provided.

    Located a short walk to Riverside Market's, Little High Eatery and The Terraces, you are able to enjoy all the city has to offer within a leisurely stroll.

    Located on St Asaph Street within the Four Avenues in the “SALT” district, these Townhouses are walking distance to The Terrace/Riverside Markets, Hoyts EntX, Little High Eatery, Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, Shopping Centres, Supermarkets, Central Christchurch and many other amenities.

    Before your visit to Christchurch, consider downloading the Moov it app, an excellent resource for navigating the city's bus system conveniently. The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 5-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes.

    This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's on-street parking available in the surrounding streets. There is a mixture of paid and free - please refer to all signage before parking your vehicle.

    Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site. Please note there is no allocated carparking provided with this property.

    Please note parking in any of the private council lane ways may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. There are also cameras in place for enforcement.

    City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighboring properties.

    Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
    We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

    Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
    Check-out time is 10 am and late checkouts must be requested 24 hours in advance.

    Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

    Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect. You can walk to so many places, botanical garden, Riverside Market, Christchurch Tram, shopping streets, Avon river. you do not need a vehicle to experience Christchurch. Ubers are available. The place was well furnished and quiet. If you have a vehicle the only drawback is parking. There is no dedicated parking for the unit. There is plenty of paid parking but it adds up very quickly. There are tricks but you have to pay attention. I would highly recommend staying here if you do not have a car.
