"The room was spotless and very comfortable. The establishment is very user-friendly and meets all the needs of guests. The staff are friendly and very helpful, which makes your stay so enjoyable. The food is divine and prepared on time as requested. We will definitely visit again and it is perfect for an overnight on your way to other destinations. "The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The breakfast is fantastic, and the service is generally good, although at dinner with only one waiter, the wait was agonizing. The hotel is already showing signs of deterioration, and although they are trying to paint the walls, it needs renovation (the hall smelled strongly of paint). The TV was very old and not a smart TV, so there was no option to connect my cell phone."

"Great place to stay. Safe and secure. Lovely lake to walk around and observe wildlife. Large well appointed rooms with well appointed bathrooms. Friendly staff. Personalised service. My go to hotel when I travel to RSA."

"I was disappointed to get there and be told they didn't see my booking and the place was fully booked. I got allocated a random room of someone who did not come back, not the room I picked and paid for. When I took a shower the room got filled with water going all the way to the bed. The basin was also leaking. The room was full of spiders and spider webs all over. I will not be booking there again. I didn't even bother going for breakfast this morning. "

"The property is beautiful outside, rooms are okay . Not what I expected but I love that they are clean to the T. Furniture is cracked, there’s also a cracked wall in the bathroom. Love how big the mugs are had a nice cup of tea in it. We had to shower with cold water !! So disappointing, the hot water is limited at night Overall the stay was good."
