Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insbesondere die Lage und der Ausblick über die gesamte Bucht. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und wir hatten das Gefühl die einzigen Gäste zu sein. Der grosse sehr schöne Pool ‚gehörte uns‘, Und die Liegen am Pool und am Meer waren kaum belegt.200m weiter war man mitten im Bang Tao Beach Trubel.Für uns war es perfekt.Vielen Dank an das Team.

This property hits high marks on all levels. The street out front is under construction but the location in Phuket is almost perfect. The pictures on line barely do the view justice. Kinda takes you breath away honestly. The pool is super clean and feels amazing. 30 minutes to Patong and all of its nightlife if you want it or just hang out on the beach in Bangtao where it's family oriented however there are a lot of cool Beach clubs(Google Maya Phuket) as an example. We fell in love with a "Hugo Hub" which is a Thai food cart area about 20 yards away from this property with delicious and super reasonable offerings. Kuhn Mimi the caretaker is very attentive to your needs and can make many suggestions on anything you may need laundry, reservations, drivers, etc...all & all this is "the" place. Scott S

Property is gorgeous! The views are amazing and the location exquisite. The unit’s jacuzzi is lovely on a hot day as is the swimming pool. Staff were very responsive. Many great places are walkable. Bangtao beach and Surin beach are each lovely. Would recommend driving to Tops at Porto du Phuket for groceries. Benny’s is a fab little locale and the Hub is fun. My 6 weeks went by fast. I’d spend another in a heartbeat.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at the Beachfront Phuket over Christmas. The view from the room is amazing, the building management is extremely friendly and helpful. The property manager even spent a while with my son supervising him getting a coconut out of one of the trees as he really wanted to get one down himself. He also helped me find a very good Thai massage in my room after putting my back out. The kitchen is a little small and also there is no grocery nearby so we mostly ate out but that’s really what it’s all about in Thailand anyways. There are some really nice more pricey restaurants (Bennys, CarpeDiem) and also some really nice cheap but delicious local restaurants (Riverside and a nice Indian place). Also Bang tao beach is quite nice with lots to do but you do have to walk down the beach about 600m or so. Overall a very nice place to call home for a bit if you are planning on visiting Phuket.

The property did not measure up to the artist renderings used on the website. It is an old property in need of upgrade or at least refurbishment. The collapsed seawall is a safety hazard. The isolated location also disappoints compared to our recent visit to Kata Beach for example.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is spacious, has nice views, a great pool and is right on the water. Antonios was very responsive and helpful. The staff is extremely attentive and willing to help with anything. Tai, in particular is amazing, she was so helpful with anything we needed and went above and beyond. A very nice experience, we would come back.

Ce penthouse est absolument superbe : la disposition des pièces, la décoration et, surtout, l’extraordinaire vue sur la mer, la baie et les montagnes constamment présente grâce à la fenestration du plafond au plancher. L’appartement est vaste et très agréable à vivre, nous étions 2 couples et nous y avons été très à l’aise. Les services sont excellents et le personnel très chaleureux et attentif à nos besoins. Une mention spéciale à Thaï, excellente coordonnatrice et à monsieur Feen, le chauffeur qui nous a conduits partout et nous a même organisé deux excursions privées (tour de l’île et excursion en long boat dans la baie de Phang Nga). Le service quotidien d’entretien domestique a été fort apprécié. L’ensemble de la propriété est très bien tenu: piscine, jardin, entrée, ... Les plages à proximité sont belles, nous avons particulièrement aimé Lanyan Beach et Surin Beach. Bref, nous avons passé un mois formidable dans cet appartement que nous recommandons chaudement.

This is an excellent property! If you're looking for relaxation and a prime location, look no further. The property is located on Bang Tao beach but far enough away from the larger hotels that it feels exclusive and remote. The beach directly in front of the property is used primarily by the long tail fishing boats; we just walked a bit down the beach to the main Bang Tao area and rented sun chairs for the day. There are a couple of very nice restaurants just a short walk from the property; we loved Benny's, Riverside Cafe, and the Siam Beach Club. Catch Beach Club is walkable as well; use the beach. It's a very upscale place with great cocktails and music. The condo is well stocked, full kitchen, coffee provided daily. There are water bottles left each day and a full size fridge to store some cold items if you go to the store. We arranged a private car through the property manager for pickup form the airport (about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic). As has been mentioned in other reviews, the staff are excellent, especially Thai that works at the reception desk. She showed us to the condo, gave us a tour of the entire property, and answered questions as they came up during our trip. Great communication with the property manager; from initial booking through to our return home. Overall, this is a 5-star plus property. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was in very good condition, and the location close to shops and restaurants was convenient yet far enough away from the more crowded resorts. I already miss coffee on the balcony each morning! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My wife and I spent a few days in the Skybox Penthouse over the Christmas holiday and it was fantastic. It is as stunning in person as the pictures reflect. A wonderful location within walking distance to endless shops and restaurants. Antonios was wonderful to deal with and was quick to answer any questions and make sure everything went smoothly. The onsite staff was amazing. Although it is a condo, it has a lot of the amenities of a hotel including daily housekeeping and a front desk to assist with anything you could possibly need. I could go on and on about the place, but it is best if you see for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Hopefully someday we will get a chance to go back!

We loved this beautiful condo Antonios was very responsive to any questions we had . The staff at the condo are professional and very inviting. The rooms are cleaned daily which was an unexpected comfort. We loved the master bedroom and the windows that looked out to the water..totally priceless. Highly recommend if you are staying in this area.

Our family of five stayed here for three weeks and had an absolutely amazing experience! The apartment is spacious, immaculate, tastefully decorated, and has all the amenities needed for a family to comfortably stay. But without doubt the focal point is the stunning view. It is breathtaking! The staff were super friendly, sweet and helpful. Tai in particular was extremely helpful, making sure that any reservations or arrangements were made on our behalf. We were also impressed by the quality of restaurants close by, all within easy walking distance. We only had one small issue arise during our stay, and both Antonios and the staff on location went above and beyond to adjust to our needs. I would highly recommend this property without hesitation!!

My family of four (wife and two teenage daughters) recently spent six nights at this amazing skybox penthouse property and we loved it! First off, Antonios was fantastic to work with. His communication was great, he always responded to my questions in a timely manner and his recommendations were spot on! He even arranged our airport pickup with the great taxi driver Mr. Fin. The penthouse itself was stunning, even better than the pictures online. The skybox was immaculate, and the daily housekeeping was a very nice touch. The staff at the condo were also great (especially Tai). They were all happy to arrange taxi rides, in house massages (amazing masseuse), elephant excursions, dinner reservations, you name it and they’re on it! A few quick restaurant recommendations: Benny’s next door was great and the owner Benny is a really nice guy. NOK just across the street was delicious, but our favorite Thai restaurant was Riverside. Just up the street from the skybox, the authentic Thai dishes and friendly family service really set it apart. Their prices were also amazing. Lastly, if you’re looking for wonderful Italian, Boccocino was delicious. An absolute must visit and just a 5 minute taxi ride away. If you are considering a trip to Phuket, I give this property my highest recommendation. Look at the other reviews, you won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was as described and I echo many of the other visitors who gave rave reviews. The only thing that could use improvement is the wi-fi access which is inconsistent and even when it works it is weak. The staff at the facility kept our place very clean and all of them were very helpful. I would highly recommend this condo and I am considered by most as being very “picky.”

This was an excellent location for relaxing and enjoying views. The reception is very helpful with everything from booking excursions (Seahorse Marine group highly recommended), to laundry, and reserving taxis. The interior is very nice and building very secure. There are plenty of walkable restaurants, bars, massage spots etc. Bang Tao beach is nice long, un-busy. 25 min cab ride to Bangla/Patong which we did one night. Great place to just exhale and enjoy the view of Andaman bay.
