"The grounds are beautiful. The room was lovely. We did have an issue with the thermostat and controlling the temperature. Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending. "Room was great! Instructions to check-in were clear and easy. 20min drive to Killington peak parking lot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our car battery died and a kind staff member (sorry I didn't catch her name) jump-started our car with her own and saved the day for us. Thanks for the hospitality and a great weekend."

"We found our check-in to be accomodating especially since I have mobility issues. Our room was to be on the second floor and we were provided with a first floor upgrade at a nominal fee. It was quiet with a comfortable bed . We did find that our operation of the television was quite difficult. We feel there should have been more explanation on its control. "This is a spectacular property. See other reviews for details. I would warn other that the check in tech was not able to find my reservation. Help button at the unmanned desk did not summon anyone. I had to find the confirmation email and call the number. I was then given the wrong room number by that person. I think the link between Expedia and the property is weak, and the timing of the texts the property sends was late to me."
