"Really poor service from the reception team. We were charged for the room again at check out because she didn’t speak to us before charging to a card. It wasn’t even the card used to book but one used to pay for breakfast.

"Almost everything was great. The room was spacious and decorated well. The communal areas were lovely, as was the food. There is a bit of maintenance needed in the pool/steam room & sauna area and it’s cold in the corridor to the steam room and sauna. It’s a shame that the jacuzzi has been filled in."
