"We had a beautiful stay.While staying there we saw dolphins in the bay at night. Over all we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful marsh views, sunrises, screened balcony was perfect for meals, morning coffee. Dogs loved the walks and patrolling from the porch!"

"We thought this was a wonderful place to stay, one of the better rentals we’ve had. It’s one of the more private rentals on the island. So we didn’t feel so close to neighbors at all. The house was all clean other than the floors were still a little sandy from the previous renters. They did have a vacuum and broom to sweep it up. Everything was well stocked throughout the house. Towels and bedding were included. There was plenty of towels but only enough washcloths that it wasn’t even two per...

"The house was very comfortable. I had chosen it especially because of the porches (front and back) and we used them a lot. They gave room for everyone to spread out. Air conditioning was comfortable. A good value. I recommend it!"

"Our favorite place to stay in Chincoteague. It’s clean and cozy and in walking distance from lots of food and fun. The beach is a very quick drive away. We can’t wait to come back!"

"We loved our stay at the Saltwater Pony. The house was perfect for our family and infant grandson. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and everything was decorated beautiful. We really felt at home. The kitchen had everything we needed and much more. There were also lots of games and books to enjoy. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch on the side of the house. There was also a nice front porch with rocking chairs. We loved the many memories made and will definitely be back again."

"The Brass Crab is a fantastic house for a family vacation. While not overly large, it comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 young children. The kitchen was appropriately stocked and there were plenty of baby items so you don’t have to pack your own. The house was extremely clean. While we didn’t use the backyard, it is a nice large flat yard to play outside. The host was very friendly and helpful with answering questions about the area. Definitely recommended. "

"Spacious and clean, this property is centrally located to restaurants, the beach, shops and activities. The house has everything you need, and we could bring our dog which was perfect. We enjoyed our evenings out by the fire pit and even listened to the live music across the street one night. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!"

"Seven of us (3 generation) stayed at Lookout on Main Easter week, 2025. The house was wonderful as described. The weather was cool, but we got to spend part of every day on the beach, with campfires several nights in the back yard. We used the host’s kayaks and beach chairs, which were very convenient. The kitchen was extensively stocked with equipment and spices, which made it easy to cook nice meals. We would love to stay here again!"
