"The property is NOT AT ALL what it looks like from photos. The building is old and kind of “ghetto”. The parking area was very poor and we ended up parking in the mud as the grass was all torn up. "Enjoyable property. I booked this property because it had a DVD. Seaside Vacations brought us a new DVD player when we didn’t see the DVD. Maintenance could not fix the 2 burner cooking unit in the counter and actually bought a 2 burner electric unit that we could plug in. The key box was a little hard to open but we did manage to open it to get our key. This unit was very convenient to Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and Assateague National Seashore. "
