"Our first time at this house. Previously I had stayed at Linnys Southwick cottage. Both excellent places! Super clean and comfortable. Deluxe bed linens and modern amenities. We enjoyed walking to the lake and having a nice fire in the outdoor fireplace. We even played with the games in the game room. "

"This was the best rental apartment I've stayed at and definitely the cleanest. Check-in is easy, the pictures are accurate, the kitchen and bathroom are great, and the location in downtown Northampton is super walkable to cafes, shops, Smith, etc. If I'm ever back anywhere near the area, I will definitely try to stay there again. 10/10"

"Mini family vacation. The property was pleasant and convenient to the Museums and Zoo.This is not specific to this stay, but I wish the fees would be available prior to the booking/ payment process. We had to stop the booking of a different property for this trip when the hidden fees more than doubled the cost of the rental."

"Beautiful “farmhouse” style home - the photos really don’t do it justice. Serene, peaceful setting. Only downside is that the closest grocery/restaurants are 20 plus minutes away. But since we wanted a remote, peaceful location, it was *perfect.*. Hosts are super friendly and helpful with questions. The pellet stove made for a very cozy stay. Thank you!"
