Everything was good. Loved the pellet stove although the house was very dry at night. The kitchen was okay but had too many duplicate grilling utensils and not much counter space. Parking was great. Loved walking around the neighborhood. The host was responsive and friendly throughout our communications.

Beautiful “farmhouse” style home - the photos really don’t do it justice. Serene, peaceful setting. Only downside is that the closest grocery/restaurants are 20 plus minutes away. But since we wanted a remote, peaceful location, it was *perfect.*. Hosts are super friendly and helpful with questions. The pellet stove made for a very cozy stay. Thank you!

We stayed for 2 nights to attend an event at Springfield College. 'We' were 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. While it is pet friendly there were no remnants of any pets from previous renters. It is an OLD farmhouse that was immaculate and comfortably furnished. It is stocked with plenty of towels and all the kitchen utensils and appliances needed. The property is very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of parking and a nice backyard for active kids.

Wonderful Find

This property is AMAZING! It is in a circa 1820 house with all the associated charm. My friends and I were attending a dog show in West Springfield. This was close enough for a short drive to the venue, but remote enough to provide all the peace and quiet you need. The owners are extremely accommodating with dogs. Those that show dogs truly appreciate this and it made for a fantastic experience. The dogs loved it too! If back again, I will definitely look to book the house again.

Closing Gap

Needed a place to stay a couple nights with our crew before we closed on our home, We rolled in late and the home was lit up well, AC tuned on and was just what we needed. The home is a well preserved farm house with all the necessities one would need for a lengthy stay. Big yard for Animals and QUIET. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful home in beautiful location

This home was absolutely fantastic and perfect for our family trip to see our daughter graduate from Mt. Holyoke. The home was 35 minutes away from the college and 10 minutes from the town of Westfield …… game on TV. It was absolutely lovely. The communication with the property owner was great. He answered our questions quickly. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Getaway

Great old farmhouse, on a quiet street with a very decent yard. Kitchen is well-equipped. Plenty of puzzles, games, and DVDs if you're stuck with a rainy day. Great place to unwind and reset. Would absolutely stay again.Location is convenient to hiking and very close to Westfield (many excellent local breweries in Westfield).

Peaceful, quiet spot

Our stay here was perfect. The house was super clean and had all we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and even had sharp knives, which can be hard to come by in some places. The large dining table was perfect for dinner and games and the stove kept us toasty warm. The owners were just a text away and.very friendly!

Perfect cozy getaway

The house is so charming. Beautifully decorated and very clean, with everything you could need easy to find. Plenty of space for 8 people. The hosts are very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay!

Perfect family home

Our stay was great . The house was super clean it was a perfect spot to visit my grandchildren. Eric was so responsive my husband ran out of propane for grill and he showed up about 5 minutes later with more propane . We found a perfect little beach 20 minutes away . It was $20 a car load and a very very dhort walk from parking lot which was threat for toddlers . We definitely want to stay again

Relaxing retreat

Optimal access to hiking and surrounding towns! We enjoyed the quiet secluded property with plenty of room for us and our dog to enjoy the great outdoors. The surrounding historic towns were an easy drive.

Family Time

The pictures truly do not emphasize what a Fabulous property this is!!! Very cozy, well appointed kitchen with all the utensils you might need. The rooms had plenty of bureau space and not to mention the killer claw foot bath tub upstairs!!! The grounds were spacious and well groomed with plenty of room for all sorts of activities. Eric was very accommodating and the place was spotless from the minute you enter. Awesome place to disconnect from it all and relax and enjoy the family!!! Definitely on our return hit list.

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful family weekend away. Location was perfect. Restaurants were great in the area. Stanley Park and Noble View was perfect for our Portuguese Water Dog to get all his energy out. We had a wonderful time sitting for hours on the front porch reading and relaxing. Exactly what we all needed.
