While we do try to relay any changes in operation, it seems we were not able to convey to all. El hotel muy lindo , el servicio de room service y consierge una PORQUERIA, no se los recomiendo a nadie ! Las reservas nunca están pides algo a una hora específica y llega 45 min despues , TERRIBLE

NOT QUITE A GREAT SERVICE AND HOTEL AS YOU MIGHT THINK FOR THE COST AND NAME OF THE WALDORF, WE EXPERIENCED MANY SITUATIONS WITH THE STAFF SINCE WE CHECKED IN, WE HAVE TO CALL MANY TIMES FOR ROOM SERVICE, THEY MADE A CONFUSSION ON THE SPA APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER PERSON AND THEY STOP MY MASSAGE, SO OVERALL I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE, THOMPSON, PENNINSULA AND DRAKE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES TO STAY

Desde que pones un pie en las instalaciones del hotel el servicio es excelente! Tienen muy buena atención, se esfuerzan por atender a todos tu requerimientos . Habitaciones muy bonitas, elegantes y limpias. Todo de primera!!!

Erin the massage therapist best ever. I’ve had 50 massages and that was the best. Excellent staff all around. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend.

Great staff! Beautiful room, but the drawers in the room are in bad shape. Some don’t close all the way a few kept coming off the track. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful property. We took our mom overnight for a staycation for her 70th bday. They brought her a bear and balloon to our room which was kind. The room itself was nice but the couch cushions and walls had stains. I upgraded the room and had extra taxes added on that I wasn’t expecting. Convenient location and close to everything
