The location is perfect for sightseeing. The service in the hotel is very good, the cleaning is very good. It is an old hotel but its facilities are perfect. I will stay again since it is what I look for when I travel. something accessible, well located and comfortable.

Todo lo que han leido es cierto, y el personal del hotel no tiene problemas en ser honestos con los clientes, es un edificio viejo con un pesimo sistema de aire acondicionado y calefacción, las ventanas son viejas y no aislan ni del ruido ni de las condiciones climáticas, aunque el hotel especifica claramente que esta prohibido fumar, constantemente huele a mariguana y nadie hace nada al respecto, hay cafetera en la habitación, pero no hay servicio de botellas de agua, si estas acostumbrado a acampar a la intemperie, este es tu hotel, si te gustan las comodidades minimas de confort como una temperatura adecuada en la habitación, ya se invierno o verano, este no es tu hotel.

First off they advertise they have "parking available". That's not true. Your options are the street or the parking business across the street that charges $65 for the night. The street parking is free only until 8am. The place is very old and creepy but we were grateful that the bathroom and the bed were ok. The bathroom was clean. The bed had very thin covers, I thought I had reserved a king bed but it ended being a double bed. I don't know how that happened. The room is very small and have not mini fridge or microwave. The TV wasn't working well at first but with time it seemed to warm up and the sound system worked properly for the hour we had it on. It was very difficult to sleep through the night! The hotel is beside the train tracks and every 2,3,15 minutes the train passed by and it was so loud. The window had an AC unit and it was leaking cold air. Overall it was a very disappointing experience when the hotel it's supposed to be "by Wyndham" and not a Red Roof or something like it.

The rooms are very old and you can see poor maintenance in general, with dented and scratched doors, walls, and furniture. The windows are old and dented, look like falling apart, don´t make any seal to the noise from the street and unfortunately we had a room facing the very laud train tracks, so no sleep at all during the nights we stayed. Good windows would make a big difference. Looks like they sent to this hptel all the outdated and scratched furniture from the higher level Wyndham properties. We experienced the same situation with the South Loop hotel Chicago also by Wyndham.

When I settled in it wasn't nothing like the photos. It was small with no refrigerator, no microwave. It seemed like a room to resolve. That night I realized that my air conditioning was not working. In the morning I go to the front desk and the only employee there tells me that he was about to leave and he couldn't help me. That I have to wait for whoever arrived on the next shift. Then he changes his mind and checks tells me that until 11am he couldn't change me to another room. An hour later I go and see that there is another employee and I tell her about the problem and she tells me to picked up my things to change. The room they install me then whas just like the photos, with refrigerators, microwaves and all the appliances,
