First trip to Chicago!

We loved staying at Wrigleyville Garden! The unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Made it super easy to enjoy game day for the two Cubs games we attended! The neighborhood was easy to get around and we enjoyed going for walks to explore! We will definitely book another stay in the future!

Will definitely stay here again. This place was clean, spacious and convenient to everything we needed for our trip. The owner of the property was great to work with and communicated everything thru the app which made it easy to find and refer back to anything we discussed. This was a great stay. Exactly as pictured. Easy walk to Wrigley and restaurants. The only improvement would be designated parking included. However, the host did recommend a friend/neighbor who rented a parking spot in the garage across the alley.

Family Trip to Chicago

Excellent communication from the property manager. Check in instructions were clear & provided well in advance. The property was clean and well stocked with towels, garbage bags, etc..The unit itself is underground, which I hadn’t realized prior to our arrival. It is named the garden view, but no real windows you can see out of. The parking is complimentary with your booking and the neighborhood is safe and well located

Girls getaway Cubs game

This place was perfect, we had a girls trip make it out of the chat group and went to a Cubs game. We were one block away from Wrigley! We were in walking distance of so many cute shops and restaurants! The property was so clean and perfect for what we needed! We will be back!

The location of this place makes it so nice if you are attending a Cub game! Wish we didn't have to pay for the parking (thought that was part of the Vrbo) and was upcharged due to the game. So if it is game day have some extra cash on hand.

Perfect place to stay near Wrigley

The lower level apartment was perfect for us. Plenty of room to relax, very quiet, and clean. We chose this place due to its location (proximity to Wrigley Field) and it was perfect. Less than two blocks to the gates at Wrigley. Saved us time and money - no Uber rides, no delays. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Chris!

Walk to Wrigley and Metro

This location is perfect for games at Wrigley. The Metro station is 3 blocks away. This was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in. When we arrived the carbon monoxide monitor was beeping and needed new battery. A call to the owner got a new carbon and smoke detector installed promptly. Great customer service. This unit is the lower level and down a few inside stairs to enter. The washer and dryer are shared with the building and coin operated. However, quarters were provide by the owner. Because we were there during a Cubs home stand we did arrange for garage parking with Chuck as recommended by the owner. We were able to park in a garage across the alley from our unit. Very convenient. On street parking during game days would have been a real challenge. We would certainly stay here again for future Cubs games.

Property is located in a great neighborhood only a block from Wrigley Field. The property manager, Chris, was very informative and responsive prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. Plenty of places within walking distance of the unit to eat and drink. 5 of 5, would highly recommend if you are in town for a Cubs game.

Depressing Basement apartment with 6’-6” ceiling height

Not for us!!! It’s a depressing basement apartment in back thru crazy steps and under a house. Need to walk through the laundry room to get into the basement apartment Ugh.

Very Clean; Great Location

The garden apartment was very clean and the location was very convenient to restaurants and activities. Parking passes were provided for street parking which was easy to find. I would definitely stay again on a return visit to Chicago.
