It was terrible that we spent $1800 dlls for 4 night and the didn’t clean our room and they justify this decisión saying they were fully booked. If they face this problem you should notice the guests before the reservation not during check in. Definitely it’s more worthy booking an AirBnB, yo know you have to clean your room but at least yo have a bigger space and you can cook. I think this hotel is great if you want to experience the worst service a hotel can offer for a lot of money.

El hotel es excelente, las habitaciones muy confortables, bonitas y la cama excepcional. El personal muy amable y hablan español. Me hubiese gustado que el servicio de limpieza fuese diario, pero es cada 3 dias, aunque puedes pedir cambios de toallas diariamente.

un lugar con buena ubicación a 8 min caminando del Millenium Park, y los edificios mas emblemáticos, a dos cuadras de la terminal del tren que viene de los aeropuertos.

Es un hotel muy bonito y remodelado. El cuarto limpio y cómodo. Solo que al hacer el check in. Os llevamos la sorpresa que no hacían limpieza al cuarto hasta que terminarás tu estancia, cosa que me precio muy mal y en ningún lugar especificaron este detalle. No tenían ni restaurant ni Bar abierto, otro detalle que tampoco me pareció y que en ningún lugar lo especificaron. Tenían todo los servicios cerrados. Room service muy buen servicio, para llevar toallas o alguna cosa que necesites.

The hotel was gorgeous, super clean, and the staff was very helpful. Bathrooms are small. No valet parking.

Really nice hotel that is centrally accessible to all of the sights that Chicago has to offer. On the first morning, there was a strange noise coming from the pipes that was really loud, but the front desk was attentive and reassigned me a new room and had my luggage transferred while I went out to sight-see during the day. My new room was quiet, clean and beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay and love Chicago!

The staff was very nice & friendly Courteous . The hotel needs more amenities . Bar area needs to be bigger . Play music, more lively. The hotel was clean . Rooms are small & a bit older . Needs painting to not show weathering etc .

Convenient location, easy check in and check out, room I was in was not huge but perfect for a work trip (I was there for a night, worked well). Staff was friendly, helpful and quick when I asked for something. I have stayed here multiple times when I come in for work trips, it’s been my go to.

Many bad issues. Without any real reson hotels have the ability to force a $30 daily charge on top of room rate. Its a bait and switch. They say you get $15 credit for 1 drink at a bar daily only open 1p to 11pm when you dont drink alcohol is useless so im paying $30 for 2 plastic bottles of water left in my room. That costs the hostel pennies. And a drink that costs them $1 so they create backend charges for a hotel with zero amenities, no pool, spa, or gym. A resort fee essentially with no resort. And the restaurant food was the worst I ever had I tragicallyhave to say. 3oz fish for $40 was probably frozen fish, virgin cocktail still $16. Worse than cafeteria food and paid $75 for dinner and $40 for breakfast. $8 for gmo orange juice from a jug. When their menu says fresh squeezed, hell no. $6 for milk not even organic. Literally insane what they get away with there. No way people return to that hotel. They are the essence of corporate greed. In addition, a $100 per night preauthorization charge to the card for "damages and room service" I spoke to the server and they said they have a executive chef, no they have a cook with a high end cost menu and cafeteria quality non-organic food. No way was any food chef quality.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel it was pretty convenient for me. They do have a destination fee and I believe they charge incidental fees for each night and not just one for your whole stay. You park in a parking garage across the street but the bellhop will take all your belongings to your room. The room itself is pretty small but since I often do solo trips I didnt mind it. I enjoyed the stay overall and plan to stay here again.

Walls were unusually thin. Felt as though I was in the conversations from the rooms next door. Elevators were slow and not functioning correctly. Rooms were small, cramped and the closet was a little space not even big enough to hang up any clothes. Overall the hotel seems to present itself as a high end 5 star hotel and I would not even give it 1 star. Needs a complete overhaul.
