Clean house and accurate pictures. I had a many complications with no real accommodations.The codes I received to the doors were wrong and I could not get into the unit the first night. The locks were cheap especially to the garage door. It was easier to keep the garage door unlocked due to it being very difficult to unlock even with the correct code. I was unable to stay the first couple of nights due to being locked out, shower not working and other residents parking in middle of the garage. Street parking is not permitted without a permit . When shower head started working the hot water was not. I was not offered any kind of reimbursement or accommodations for not being able to comfortably be at unit the first couple nights, but was only offered payment for the batteries I had to replace for the door locks and thermostat. The host was nice, quick with responses and was helpful, but could not help very quickly since in different state. Overall okay experience but the first week was very unpleasant and not worth what I paid.
