ID Verification and Rental Agreement Required:

To keep our community safe, guests must provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID and review and accept the house rules by signing the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation. Bookings without completed verification steps may be canceled.

Required Security Deposit or Damage Waiver:

Guests may choose between a $300 security deposit or purchase a $49 damage waiver through our secure guest portal. This covers accidental minor damage up to $300. It does not cover smoking, parties, pets, intentional damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.
