Great family times

We were in Chicago for a family wedding — three couples and our two grandchildren under 2. The place was perfect for our needs and the location was ideal. Having the garage was an extra bonus and not common. The towels and bedding were luxurious, the kitchen well stocked, and our host Sarah was so kind and accommodating of our arrival/ departure times. Highly recommend.

Marathon Weekend

This property was absolutely beautiful!!! It was so clean and so well decorated. The beds and bedding were very luxurious. The linens were amazing. The owner was wonderful she reached out a few days before just to check in with us. There was 8 of us staying there and we had plenty of space.

Amazing Stay!

We had such a great time celebrating my friend's bachelor party at this property. It fit all 13 of us comfortably. The house was very clean, the location was amazing, and communication with Sarah was great. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean home in a great area.

Great place and great location

The place is located very close to the Fulton Market area and all its restaurants. It is an excellent size for a large group like we had, and the place was super comfortable. Great skyline view from the rooftop deck.

Superb!

The best stay ever! We had our daughter’s wedding this weekend, and Sarah did everything to make it amazing for us. Helping is with check in and check out timings, a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast and spices. Multiple levels giving privacy and space. And such esthetic decor, that we enjoyed it all! Thank you and we hope to be back!

40th Girls Weekend Getaway

Great place to stay

The property was immaculate and luxurious. The art was great, kitchen stocked well, had all the extras you could think of (including water and chocolates by each bed), location fantastic and the property manager very responsive. She gave us great restaurant suggestions and responded quickly to any questions or needs. We loved the rooftop deck with view! There are lots of stairs but there is a room on the ground floor for anyone who struggles. We had a great girls weekend with 8 people and never felt cramped.

Great space

Loved our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The only complaint is the first image of the balcony view is outdated - there's now a new high rise under construction that blocks that whole view of downtown. But the interior of the space was lovely and just what we expected.

The Great Thanksgiving

The house and surrounding area was fantastic. We had a wonderful thanksgiving and enjoyed several amenities in the area including the Kris Kringle Market, the Bean, and many restaurants. The house accommodations were great and very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely home in quiet yet trendy Fulton Market

This space was perfect for our needs! Sarah met me at check in and made sure I was good to go for our stay. The space was beautiful and will definitely consider staying here again!

This was hands down one of the best experiences, if not the best experience I have had. The home was exactly as described and portrayed in the photos & the host was so friendly, responsive and very accommodating! The rental is extremely comfortable and a great layout for muti-generational families. My husband and I stayed with our two young teenagers & grandma who came up to visit from Urbana. Everyone felt as if we each had our own private space since the rental is uniquely split into 4 levels with the family hub/meeting area being the large main level with fully stocked kitchen, large dining area and huge comfortable sectional that we mainly hung out at. We played board games (provided by the rental), watched Netflix movies & went out to local restaurants and bars at the up & coming Fulton Market district which is only a few short blocks away. We all felt extremely safe walking everywhere we went, & there is a nearby Whole foods if you need to grocery shop. Short Lyft to Eatily, Navy Pier and the museums on Michigan Ave (also walkable distance if grandma was not with us). Note the lightrail is nearby (as portrayed in the photos) so if you are an ultra light sleeper, you could bring earplugs, although we all personally did not feel it was loud and found it even quite comforting. Seriously this rental is a gem, you will not be dissapointed!

Awesome host and place!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at Michelle's home. The property is well equipped (appliances, etc), and has comfy furniture/beds and stylish decor. There was great separation of space, and we enjoyed the views from the small deck off the fourth floor and the location was great... blocks from bars & restaurants. Michelle was super responsive and accommodating and added lots of little personal touches. Would stay again!
